Hickory Hardware's Faultless Auto-Align Caster features an innovative, patent-pending design that keeps the caster tracking in a straight line. When engaged, the Auto-Align Caster remains rigid until sufficient side-load forces cause a spring-locking pin to disengage, allowing the caster to swivel up to 180 degrees in either direction. The force required to disengage the locking mechanism is adjustable for custom applications. Streamlined and compact, the Auto-Align Caster assembly is made of nonmetallic 304 Stainless Steel. The Auto-Align Caster is ideal for a wide range of cart applications, including automated guided vehicles (AGVs) used in the hospital industry and light-duty cart equipment used in warehousing.

Hickory Hardware's newly designed and patented Faultless Eagle wheel can support heavier loads than conventional caster wheels. Versatile and durable, the Eagle wheel is suited for a wide range of industrial applications and can withstand load capacities of 600 to 1,200 lbs. The Eagle wheel's unique, patented interlocking polyurethane tread on polypropylene core offers superior adhesion for medium- to heavy-duty weight capacities. Its standard operating temperature range is -40°F to +180°F. Ideal for use with Faultless 1400-3400 series casters, the Eagle wheel is available as plain bore, delrin, roller, or precision bearing.

The RT wheel from Hickory Hardware’s Faultless Caster is designed for use with Faultless 400, 800 and 1400 standard and stainless steel caster series. The first wheel of its kind, the Faultless RT wheel is resistant to water, chemical absorption, and steam cleaning. It is ideally suited for food processing, tool storage, sanitary maintenance, warehousing, and other applications that require durability and easy mobility under heavy loads. The Faultless RT wheel’s unique waffle design of specially blended, reinforced thermoplastic materials can withstand load capacities of 600 to 1,400 lbs. and allows standard operating temperatures ranging from -20 to +480 degrees F.

Flat-Free tires are stronger and more durable than traditional rubber air-filled tires, and are lighter than foam-fill or solid rubber alternatives. Chemical and UV-resistant, Flat-Free tires are also non-marking for indoor applications. Flat-Free tires are available in a variety of sizes and assemblies, including casters, OEM, or as replacement equipment.
