Warranty

Hickory Hardware warrants that this product will be free of mechanical defects for as long as the original residential user owns the product. This product has a limited one-year warranty on the finish except for the lifetime brass (PVD) finish. The PVD brass finish has a lifetime finish warranty. This product is not warranted against finish deterioration due to outdoor exposure or to the use of solvents, paints or other chemicals on or near the product.

Hickory Hardware will repair, replace or refund the original purchase price (at its option) upon prepaid return of a defective product with a copy of the original sales receipt to the Hickory Hardware address below.

Hickory Hardware will not be obligated or liable for labor or other costs related to installation, repair or replacement. Hickory Hardware will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the product. Note: Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, so the previous statement may not apply. This warranty gives specific legal rights; residential users may have other legal rights, which vary from state to state.
